The role

As an HR Officer at AME, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive HR team where you can learn, develop, and gradually take ownership of your work. This is an entry-level role where you will gain broad exposure to HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent attraction.
You will work closely with hiring managers on recruitment activities and contribute to strengthening AME’s employer brand through partnerships, events, and LinkedIn content. At the same time, you will support daily HR operations and be involved in various HR projects.
Your responsibilities
• Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring managers.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and ensuring timely follow-up on open vacancies.
• Support employer branding activities, including partnerships, events, and LinkedIn content creation.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR administration, including contracts, changes, and employee records.
• Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work closely with HR colleagues on various HR topics and projects.
• Support HR reporting and maintain accurate data in HR systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
Job requirements
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Passionate about HR and motivated to grow within the field.
• Eager to learn, open-minded, and proactive.
• Discrete and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing); Dutch is a plus.
