Warehouse Employee

Task & responsibilities

As a Warehouse Employee, you play a key part in ensuring that materials and components flow efficiently through the entire production process. You operate the stacker and reach truck with precision, handle goods accurately, with care, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying what works well, and what could work better, in the warehouse operations. You will work in dayshift with working hours from 06.30 to 15:15.

What you'll do as Warehouse Employee:

• Safely operate a reachtruck and stacker 

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods

• Pick and prepare materials for production orders

• Packing production orders

• Observe daily processes and share improvement ideas with your supervisor

• Keep the warehouse organized and tidy 

Required skills

• You have a stacker and reachtruck certificate or are willing to obtain them.

• Knowledge of computer skills: Excel & SAP is a plus.

• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

• Structured, accurate and pro-active approach 

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse role

• Flexibility for overtime work and a ‘get-the-job-done’ mentality.
