Tasks and responsibilities
The service department deals with returned products from our customers and also failed products from our production department. As a service engineer, you will have a challenging and stimulating environment with responsibility to analyze and investigate problems in electronic products to find the root-cause. According to the root-cause analysis, it is the service engineer’s responsibility to repair the product and provide feedback which is discussed with the quality team to improve the quality and reliability of the product. This hands-on and engaging work includes failure analysis, root cause analysis and troubleshooting on analog and digital components.
