Corporate Recruiter

Eindhoven, NetherlandsStaff

Job description

Your Challenge

If people are the most important asset any company has, recruitment is one of the most important jobs within a company. After all, the company can only remain to exceed if you find the right new employees. It’s your job to attract, recruit, select and hire the best suitable candidates for AME!

Your Responsibility

You manage the candidate journey for your assigned vacancies and are the first point of contact for candidates to further enthuse them. You know better than anyone how to come up with new (creative) ways to find the best candidates in the market. You are good at building a strong network and get energy from supporting (student) events that contribute to the recruitment objective. Your goal is to recruit for the future, in a sustainable and efficient way.

The selection process is executed by the hiring managers, but you oversee this process thoroughly. Sometimes you should adjust the course, adjust the speed or ask critical questions. At the end of the process, one candidate is selected as the best person for the job. It’s up to you to continuously keep the communication open with this candidate, to keep a “warm connection”.

Your main stakeholders are the hiring managers, but you cooperate tightly with AME’s two HR Business Partners. They are responsible for their respective business groups, discussing subjects like salary range, personalities and match ratings with you. You are a member of the HR team, consisting of our two HR back officers and the two BP’s mentioned earlier.
